Harewood Avenue

Full MEP design and supervision for the the refurbishment of two office floors (22,000sqft) at 7 Harewood Avenue on behalf of BNPPRE.

The main aim of the design was to deliver the anticipated high standards of design, comfort and practicality without incurring extensive disruptions to

the existing services’ provision and the occupants’ use of the spaces. An extensive validation exercise of the existing MEP services was managed and procured by A Plus. The results were used as the basis of the MEP services design development.

Our role also included obtaining Landlord approval for the MEP related works.​
