Full duties, from condition survey, feasibility study to design of the MEP services for the extensive refurbishment and extension of a 9-storey building providing office accommodation.

The scheme includes the refurbishment and reconfiguration of the existing Lower Ground  to 7th floors’ space to high specification CAT A+ standard, new reception, the creation of shower, gym, bike and locker rooms provisions.

Our scope and involvement also includes for the design of the main cooling plant replacement and relocation, lift extension and lighting/power

provisions to allow the creation of an extensive roof terrace.
